There are many methods to create a bootable drive but for that you have to manually copy files and there are possibility of mistakes.but there is a software called as wintoflash.it easily allows as to copy files automatically and create a bootable flash drive from windows.it is an easy to use application and is portable.download wintoflash from below and unzip it and install.now start wintoflash and insert the windows cd/dvd and also plug in the flash drive.and specify the paths of the cd and the drive.

It can also be used to transfer Preinstalled Environments to a flash drive.Click the “tasks” type and select the option you want to use.
WinToflash doesn’t allow to use an ISO image as the source for Window’s file.To overcome this ,you can do the following
- Using modern archiving software extract thefiles from an ISO image,
- Next load the ISO image and specify the virtual drive as the Windows file path in WinToFlash.
- After completing the steps succesfully you will get a bootable USB drive.
